Terms and Conditions
Tickets valid to the specific Boldt Facility indicated.
Tickets are non-refundable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Boldt Castle is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets are void if altered. Tickets are good for two years from date of purchase. Tickets must be presented to be admitted to the Boldt facilities.
The Boldt Facilities may change operating hours or close temporarily due to inclement weather, rehabilitation projects, security issues or special events. You must comply with all safety and security rules. Management may refuse admission or expel any person whose conduct is objectionable. Anyone defacing or vandalizing Boldt Facility property will be prosecuted. Children must be attended to at all times by parents or chaperones.
No alcohol on premises with the exception of licensed special events. No food or drink is allowed inside any of the buildings. No smoking on any dock or in any of the buildings.
All firearms and weapons are restricted from the Boldt Facilities with the exception of local, state and federal law enforcement personnel.
***No Pets are allowed on Heart Island or the Boldt Yacht House with the exception of registered service animals.***
You voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury, personal property damage or theft and all other hazards arising from attendance at the Boldt Facilities, and further release the Boldt Facilities from all responsibility for, and agree the Boldt Facilities and its employees, officers, trustees and other agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting therefrom.
You agree to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for use in live, printed, or recorded display for purposes of advertising, promoting, or publicizing the Boldt Facilities without your prior written approval, and to forfeit rights to compensation for said images.
